Well, as long as you have not opened the jar, it will probably last just about forever. After opening the jar, we have had no problems keeping an opened jar in the fridge for well over a couple of weeks, hope that answers your question.

I've researched this particular type of tuna before purchasing it over 2 years ago. It is among the lowest amounts of mercury for tuna and it's fresh-caught so you're not consuming chemicals used in farm-raised plants.

would assume since it says packed in spring water there would be no olive oil whatsoever.
